President Dave Mutchler began his career with the Louisville Division of Police in 1997 and was assigned to the 2nd district.  In late 2003 Mutchler was deployed with his United States Marine Corps infantry company to serve in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He returned from Iraq in late 2004 and continued his duties as a patrol officer. In December 2004 he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  Sergeant Mutchler was assigned to the LMPD’s 7th Division where he served as a late watch platoon sergeant for over two years.  In 2007 he was selected to lead the 7th division Flex Platoon.  In 2008 Mutchler transferred out of the 7th division and went to work in the Inspections and Compliance Unit where he served as the Court Liaison Sergeant.  Dave currently serves as an ICU sergeant.  Having been a long time FOP member but never having served as an elected delegate or board member, Dave took an interest in serving in an FOP leadership role.  In 2009 he was nominated and eventually elected to serve as the President of RCFOP Lodge 614.  Dave continues to serve as the President of Lodge 614.
 
Vice President Jason Schweitzer began his career with the Jefferson County Police Department in 2001.  Jason worked in the Baker District prior to merger.  He is currently a PTO in the 6th Division on mid-watch.  Jason began his relationship with the FOP at the age of 15 years old when he began working in the kitchen.  In 2003, Jason became a delegate as both the former Lodge 6 and former Lodge 14 merged.  He was elected to Lodge Trustee and served for two years.  He also served as Trustee to the State Lodge for one year. Jason currently serves as Co-chairman of the Activities Committee, is on the Scholarship Committee, and is on the Endorsement Committee. In 2009, Jason was elected to serve as Vice President for the 2010-2011 term.

 

 
Financial Secretary Larry Priddy began his career in law enforcement with the Louisville Police Department in 1999 where he was assigned to the 3rd District.  Larry is currently assigned to the 6th Division as a Louisville Metro Police Officer and has been since the City and County Police Departments merged in 2003. In 2006 he joined the board of RCFOP 614 as an elected delegate. In Late 2006 and early 2007 he served on the committee that negotiated the collective bargaining agreement between RCFOP and Metro Louisville. At the end of 2007 he was elected to serve as Vice President where he served a two year term under President John McGuire in 2008-2009.  Larry traveled to Frankfort for the General Assembly in 2009 to serve the Lodge as a FOP Lobbyist.  In the 2009 election Larry was elected to serve as the Lodge Financial Secretary for the 2010-2011 term.  He holds this office today.  
 
Treasurer Brad Woolridge began his career in law enforcement with the Jefferson County Police Department in 1998 as a Police Dispatcher. In 2001, he became an officer with the Jefferson County Police Department.  Brad was assigned to the Charlie District until he transferred to the 7th Division shortly after merger in 2003.  In 2005, Brad was assigned to the 7th Division Flex Platoon.  In 2010, Brad transferred to the Narcotics Unit and is presently the detective in charge of the Drug Vault.  He has served on the Honor Guard, and Dive Team.  Brad is a PTO, Trainer, and a Certified Police Instructor.  Brad is also CIT and CPR certified.  Brad quickly became involved with the FOP after graduation and joined the board as a delegate.   He spent two years in Frankfort lobbying on behalf of the FOP.  Brad served 5 years as a delegate before being elected as the Financial Secretary in 2007.  In this position Brad worked closely with the Treasurer learning the daily tasks and duties associated with the FOP finances.  In 2009 Brad was elected as the River City FOP Lodge 614 Treasurer.
 
Recording Secretary Lonnie Gullion began his career in law enforcement in December 1989 as a Cadet with the Jefferson County Police Department.  Lonnie became an officer in August 1990.  During his career with the Jefferson County Police Department, Lonnie worked in the former Charlie District and David District.  After Merger in 2003, Lonnie transferred to the Third Division.  Lonnie is currently in the Traffic Division.  Lonnie has been active in the FOP as a Delegate, Trustee, and 2nd Vice President.  In the 2009 election, Lonnie was elected to serve as the Lodge Secretary for the 2010-2011 term.
 
2nd Vice President Kim Burbrink, a second generation Police Officer, is the daughter of retired officer Dale Lankford.  Kim is married to Sergeant Donny Burbrink III and is the daughter-in-law of Major Don Burbrink II.  She graduated from the University of Louisville and started her career with the former Louisville Division of Police in 2002.  Kim has been an active member of the FOP and held the elected position of a delegate for over seven years.  In the 2009 elections, Kim was elected to the position of 2nd Vice President.  Kim currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Activities Committee.  She is a certified KLEC instructor, a member of the Hostage Negotiating Team, and has served as a Police Training Officer.  She currently holds the rank of Sergeant and is assigned to the 2nd Division.
