We Support

Lodge 614 supports many charities and local organizations which we will showcase here, starting with Special Olympics.  Lodge members along with law enforcement officers from around the state host a variety of events to raise money and awareness to help support the approximately 6,000 athletes in Kentucky.  Events include selling t-shirts, Tip-A-Cop, Polar Bear Plunge, Big Brown Truck Pull, golf tournaments, Trivia Night, Harley Raffle, Cops-on-Top, and Over the Edge.  Officers in uniform also present medals to the athletes after regional and state games.  There is a yearly conference where over 1,000 officers from around the world get together and learn new ways to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics.  Photos provided by Special Olympics can be seen below.

Lodge 614 provided financial assistance to Special Olympics for several of the above events. The Lodge has also covered the cost of sending representatives to the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run Conference.
